If the chicken crisps are not mixed with vegetables, the value of fibre is 0. If vegetables are added to the chicken crisps, the nutritional value is as follows:

This product is processed primarily under warm to low heat, and long cooking hours; to preserve the flavour, and to kill necrotic and disease-causing bacteria, to minimize oxidation-induced dry rot, from thence preserve the full nutritive value of the food. With the water removed, the food would lose 80-90% of its weight, and increasing its nutritive value.
